2. Audit (impact analysis and determination of the required compensation)
3. Validation audit report (determination fo the compensation and external validation of the report)
4. Commissioning and implementation of the compensation activities
5. Registration of the company (voluntary basis)
6. Monitoring of and reporting on the compensation
